About the Role
As a Graphic Designer with UPS Capital, you'll be responsible for transforming ideas into compelling visual representations across various media channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that align with our business objectives and brand identity. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams and clients to conceptualize and design a wide range of materials, including website pages, presentations, social media graphics, promotional materials, signage, and internal communications.
Translate key messaging into high-quality designs that adhere to our established brand identity.
Develop ideas manually or using design software, and execute original content by determining the optimal use of color, text, typography, imagery, and layout.
Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and create solutions that enhance design capabilities and corporate branding.
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video content.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Art, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as an ideal candidate, you'll also have:
At least 2 years of experience in professional visual communication, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
Working knowledge of ActionScript, CSS, HTML, digital asset management systems, and content management frameworks.
A willingness to continue building your skillset through education and training.
