Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Organizers to meet project objectives in the conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts
Create high-quality designs with strong sensibilities that cater to a diverse range of projects
Demonstrate adaptable design skills in branding, typography, and packaging
Pitch innovative ideas to Team Leaders and Creative Facilitators
Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and Hobby Lobby standards while meeting technical requirements
Comply with all time constraints while managing multiple tasks
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market insights
Proactively solve problems with patience and insight
Work closely with peers and establish a sense of camaraderie between teams
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to all Art/Creative security policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
Contribute to collaboration by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
Adjust to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A strong understanding of design and print production
The ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality
Strong typography and design skills
Proficient branding skills
Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time-management skills
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
The capacity to accept and apply feedback and criticism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Macintosh and Microsoft Office skills
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

A four-year college degree in visual depiction or a related field
Professional design experience
