About the Role: Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist
This exciting opportunity is part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex. As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling air travel, resolving customer problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the air travel industry
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to be resourceful and creative in resolving immediate problems, with a high level of initiative and good judgment
Satisfactory attendance and a commitment to excellence in customer service
