* Answering emergency calls from German-speaking customers and providing immediate, empathetic assistance
* Evaluating the nature of the emergency and coordinating with appropriate service teams for timely support
* Documenting all customer interactions in careerzynith's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained
* Delivering clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process
* Collaborating with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols
* Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response
* Collecting feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
* Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote work environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
