**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced German-speaking customer service support specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, you'll be responsible for managing their SEO campaigns, resolving concerns, and providing top-notch customer service. **Responsibilities**

As a German-speaking customer service support specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service
* Representing careerzynith and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and partners
* Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work
* Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless project execution
* Collaborating with our team to resolve client concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients and partners, ensuring transparency and open communication
* Participating in ongoing SEO and management training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

**What We Expect from You**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Fluency in spoken and written German, with excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts
* Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to communicate effectively with our team
* Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools efficiently
* Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
* Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards
* Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with a focus on finding solutions that meet their needs

**Working Hours and Environment**

As a remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer with a headset. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays.
