Job Responsibilities

Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes: Efficiently and effectively manage returns, resolve disputes, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Demonstrate intercultural understanding: Effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers, demonstrating a high degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proficiency in German: Fluency in German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is essential for this role.
