Job Overview In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your excellent communication skills, both in German and English, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. As a team player, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, participate in regular team meetings, and provide cover for absent team members when needed.
