You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with internal teams to address complex inquiries or escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to Incoming Calls and Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails from members promptly and professionally, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Assess Customer Needs: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution in a timely manner, providing accurate information on Blithequark products, services, and policies. Process Transactions and Update Member Accounts: Process transactions and update member accounts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries or escalated issues, working together to find solutions and provide exceptional customer experiences. Maintain Knowledge of Healthcare Benefits and Services: Stay up-to-date on Blithequark products, services, and policies, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide accurate and informed support to members. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
