Job Summary As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints. You will work with clients in the automotive industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide solutions to their problems. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, responding to their inquiries and concerns Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, and source Provide detailed product information on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions Select fulfillment items and complete price and equips statements for consumers Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers, offering appropriate touchpoints Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites and escalate outstanding issues Offer goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines Communicate in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer additional questions Invite consumers to attend events and follow critical elements of the Minacs Call and File handling process Stay current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools Appropriately manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ months of customer service experience preferred Courteous with strong customer service orientation Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills Dependable with proficient attention to detail Able to rotate shifts, as needed A passion for helping others Preferred Qualifications: Sales or marketing background with ability to build rapport with consumers over the phone Experience working in the automotive industry Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Empathy and compassion when interacting with customers Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to providing opportunities for personal and career growth to our team members.
