Position Summary We're seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist our members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions, and resolve issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide heart-driven service, simplify our members' health care experiences, and help them understand their coverage and options. Key Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from members and provide exceptional customer service Assist members with inquiries and resolve issues related to pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Offer solutions to simplify members' health care experiences and help them understand their coverage and options Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: The typical pay range for this role is $21.50 - $30.70 per hour.
