Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to ensure that we continuously improve our customer service processes. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution, and contributing to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers, and meet performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technology or retail environment, with a demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues, and provide clear and concise solutions to complex problems. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and customer expectations. Familiarity with blithequark's products and services is advantageous, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and customer expectations. Certifications or training in customer service, such as HDI or ICMI, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
