Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions. As a Bank Account Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills
Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries
Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple systems
Strong empathy and active listening skills

Compensation and Benefits
