Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and leaders
