**Responsibilities**

As a Full-Time Luxury Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Advising and assisting customers with their leather repair and care needs through our online portal
* Providing hands-on technical support for the repairing of luxury leather products
* Entering repair work orders into POS and online systems
* Assisting customers with service, work estimates, or existing work order questions
* Performing Quality Control and Data Entry for repairs
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient repair processes

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous after-sales experience in shoe & handbag repair, preferably with a luxury goods brand
* A strong attention to detail and inspection skills
* The ability to lift boxes over 25 pounds
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Experience in leather/garment care or the luxury goods industry is a plus
* Knowledge of CRM software, Google G Suite, and/or other POS software is a plus
* Long-term plans to stay with careerzynith, as this job requires training and investment from our staff

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
* Knowledge of luxury leather goods and repair techniques
* Familiarity with online platforms and software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
