As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests
* Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Taking premium payments from customers and ensuring accurate and secure processing
* Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
* Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
* Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
* Providing customers with additional information about new products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Personal lines P&C license
* An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Great customer service skills
* A driven and goal-oriented individual
* The ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
