Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team at our state-of-the-art delivery station located at 5750 Mesmer Avenue, Culver City, CA. As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers, connecting them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Key Responsibilities Managing difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve the customer experience. Analyzing data, using stories and experience to complement data, and willing to seek out and develop workflows and procedures to improve and promote quality, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines. Using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions. Effectively communicating, listening, and getting clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures. Balancing team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, contributing to building a positive team environment, and committing to goals and objectives, supporting team's efforts to succeed. Treating people with respect, inspiring the trust of others, supporting organizational values and goals with integrity, and supporting affirmative action and respecting diversity. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. You should be comfortable working in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures may vary, and be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds. You should also be able to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates who have experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in a logistics or e-commerce environment. You should be highly organized, with excellent time management skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be comfortable with technology, including computers and mobile devices, and be able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
