Key Responsibilities Maintaining Confidentiality : Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Data Entry and Modification : Enter and modify data within our digital databases, transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets with high accuracy. Data Compilation and Verification : Compile, verify accuracy, and organize information based on priorities to prepare it for computer entry, reviewing data for errors or deficiencies. Research and Data Gathering : Research and gather additional information for incomplete documents, applying data program techniques and procedures. Reporting and Data Management : Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data integrity. Quality Control : Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct incompatibilities when possible, and check the final output to ensure accuracy. Essential Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably in a data entry or administrative role. Data Entry Principles : Strong understanding of data entry principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills : Proficiency in touch typing and database management tools, with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
