Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a Corporate Accountant and Financial Analyst. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Provide global accounting support and analysis for our international operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Prepare and lead monthly financial reviews with key stakeholders to discuss financial results and forecasts for managed regions. Develop and present financial and operational reports, conducting ad-hoc financial analyses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including sales, marketing, and operations. Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Contribute to the development of annual financial plans, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting. Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience and comfort in presenting to all levels of management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in making journal entries within an ERP system and reconciling financial accounts monthly. Exceptional analytical skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance, such as an MBA or CPA. Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SOX. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Certifications in accounting or finance, such as CMA or CFA.
