The Role As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our users through live chat messages and support tickets. This is a full-time contractor position, working 30-40 hours a week for a 4-month contract, with the opportunity to renew based on performance. Key Responsibilities Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team Identify potential issues and coordinate with the Development team to resolve them Support other Customer Support projects as necessary Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively Requirements Essential Qualifications A minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Service Strong fluency in English and bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese Reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk Coding knowledge (not required but a plus) Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese with excellent communication skills in both languages What You'll Love About Working at blithequark Our Mission At blithequark, we're passionate about creating a platform that positively impacts lives.
