Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience by handling client support requests and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence. You will engage, consult, and educate clients based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of blithequark plans, tools, and resources to assist them in navigating their benefits. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve complex issues, and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence, providing personalized support and guidance. Engage, consult, and educate clients on blithequark plans, tools, and resources to help them navigate their benefits and make informed decisions. Document and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supports to ensure accurate records and efficient issue resolution. Escalate emergencies to the appropriate staff, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Guide clients through their plan of benefits, blithequark policy, and procedures, while being aware of resources to comply with regulatory rules. Build trusting and caring relationships with clients, taking responsibility for understanding their needs and providing relevant information to address their concerns. Explain client rights and limitations as per contract, ensuring transparency and clarity. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Availability to work a second or third shift schedule (8 hours). Preferred Qualifications: Ability to multitask and effectively manage responsibilities. Understanding of clinical terminology and ability to apply it in a practical setting. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Analytical skills and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
