Key Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and memorable. Maintain Accurate Records : Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records through data entry, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Handle Customer Complaints : Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to the relevant department as needed. Perform Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Residency in Kansas : Must be a resident of Kansas to apply for this position. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English : Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Call Center Experience : Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices.
