We're now seeking a talented Customer Experience Expert to join our team and play a vital role in launching all customer experience aspects and functions in our first actual retail location. About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, and email. You will address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, helping them navigate our website, place orders, and understand product details. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark leaves a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, resolving them efficiently. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and guarantee timely deliveries. Stay up-to-date on blithequark's extensive product inventory and effectively communicate product information to customers. Take ownership of order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, adhering to company policies. Maintain store appearance, including keeping store areas clean and organized, retrieving shopping baskets, and fulfilling customer online orders and trades. Relay customer feedback to management, providing valuable insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures while utilizing customer service tools to maintain accurate records. Essential Qualifications: Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail. Less than 1 year of experience interacting directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Less than 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Less than 1 year of experience effectively managing time, handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses. Less than 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer objections. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer requests. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using customer service tools, software, and systems. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Physical Demands: As a remote worker, you will be expected to: Work in a fixed position for extended periods. Move and navigate your workspace as needed. Lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 50lbs occasionally. Perform repetitive tasks, such as typing and data entry.
