Job Summary As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. You'll communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email to customers, stores, and associates Navigate multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, utilizing active listening skills and empathy Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer needs Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, handling multiple contacts simultaneously Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) Must type a minimum of 25 WPM Successful completion of mandatory training Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a metrics-driven environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Stock Purchase Plan Annual Performance Bonus Store Discount Card Education Assistance Work Environment and Culture: Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling Opportunity to work from home in approved states Variety of shift opportunities, including day, evening, morning, and night shifts 10-hour and 8-hour shift options available Monday to Friday and weekend availability Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our associates.
