We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Care Advocate to join our team, providing exceptional service to patients and providers through our device wear process. As a Customer Care Advocate at Blithequark, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients, providers, and our business operations. Your primary responsibility will be to offer superior customer care, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to our products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where enthusiasm for delivering top-notch healthcare innovations drives our team. Key Responsibilities and Duties Provide exceptional customer care by troubleshooting patient and provider issues related to products, services, and enrollment. Respond to inquiries, complete daily tasks, and offer verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts. Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and Blithequark associates. Ensure CRM compliance with processing and documentation. Manage tickets and emails in a timely manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls as assigned. Participate in meetings and training sessions in a Zoom environment on camera. General Experience and Skills Provide clear, proactive verbal and written communication to internal and external requests. Drive a patient and client-driven environment. Understand sensitive information, HIPAA, and privacy requirements, including maintaining a secure home office environment. Display attention to detail for all activities and documentation tasks. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: Preferred experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment. Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ activities per day). Preferred experience in healthcare or medical device companies (non-insurance based). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com. Demonstrated ability to understand and meet individual level metrics. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced growth company environment. Strong evidence of excellent customer service via phone, email, fax, or web modalities. Commitment to helping people and resolving issues with independent thinking and sound judgment. Strong commitment to quality. Patience and professionalism in stressful situations. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills and a strong skillset in keyboarding (40 WPM) and website/program navigation. Performance Metrics and Expectations Key performance metrics include: Attendance. Quality scores. Unavailable time and adherence to schedule. HIPAA and privacy escalations.
