Job Summary As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems, as well as verifying data accuracy and identifying and correcting data entry errors. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Data Verification: Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting data entry errors, and ensuring data completeness. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and compile data for analysis, providing insights to support business decisions. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Typing Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
