Key Responsibilities Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails regarding air travel issues, providing accurate and timely solutions. Amend major schedule changes, perform ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs). Track and resolve incomplete PNRs due to lack of TSA data and missing airfares, ensuring accurate pricing and record-keeping. Certify all air tickets issued for passengers taking flights by updating the ticket match exception report. Assign ancillary services to guests when requested, process guest entertainment, crew executive travel, and VIP requests. Provide next port protection coverage (flight re-accommodation) to accommodate passengers when needed. Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management to reduce communication-related work errors and drive customer satisfaction. Demonstrate commitment to blithequark's core values and culture essentials in everyday conduct. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership, including supporting shipboard email inboxes and helping guests and travel agents with en-route issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent phone and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with travel suppliers, port agents, crew members, employees, and management. Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservation system, including creation of air bookings, ticketing, exchanges, pricing, routing, and queue processing. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with cruise lines or travel companies. Familiarity with travel industry software and systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
