Essential Qualifications Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or chat support experience, preferably in a remote environment, is required. Technical Skills Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and Blithequark software and hardware is essential.
