Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions. **Job Description** As an Experienced Full Stack Value Stream Business Architect – Financial Systems Transformation, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering digital products and services that transform the financial applications across FedEx Trade Networks Air and Ocean forwarding and brokerage. Your expertise will help drive financial efficiencies, strengthen financial controls, and drive customer growth and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with value stream owners, IT partners, global finance back offices, and finance operational teams to create and deliver finance-related digital products, processes, and services. * Design and implement solutions for financial products by applying architectural principles to define and translate Value Stream goals and needs into actionable roadmaps. * Define, design, develop, integrate, implement, and continuously improve relevant finance products, controls, and services to drive finance operational efficiencies and customer growth/retention. * Provide business content and support the planning, management, reporting, and coordination of the digital transformation roadmap. * Act as an ambassador and change agent for digital transformation and global standardization. * Lead projects and take accountability for ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget constraints. * Provide mentorship and guidance to product owners within the team, ensuring adherence to standard global product capabilities and roadmap. * Drive performance within the team and ensure alignment with other opco's and enterprise financial products and services. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or an equivalent education. * Minimum 3 years of experience in forwarding, carrier, or similar experience. * Minimum 3 years of finance product development experience in logistics/freight forwarding. * Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role. * Travel as required (up to 25%). **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or an equivalent education. * Experience with CargoWise as the core freight and brokerage systems. * Experience with financial system development, financial reporting, and finance regulatory compliance in the freight forwarding space. * Experience designing system landscapes and information processes for international finance capabilities. * Deep understanding of finance, accounting, GAAP, etc. * Proven experience in designing and delivering digital products and services using both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes. * Experience with mapping financial data and experience writing SQL. * Ability to manage priorities in product development and process optimization. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to lead and manage projects and teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with digital transformation and financial innovation. * Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes. * Experience with mapping financial data and writing SQL. * Ability to manage priorities in product development and process optimization. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At FedEx Logistics, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care coverage, retirement savings, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick time, and life insurance to eligible employees.
