**Job Summary**
As a Translation Program Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for managing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate project delivery timelines, troubleshoot issues, and provide linguistic support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders
* Create and manage translation projects in the careerzynith Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors
* Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs
* Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements
* Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors. Request feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation
* Use project management methodology, including risk management; plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization
* Excellent business communication skills
* Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes
* Strong attention to detail
* Passion for intercultural communication
* Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently with little oversight
