As a Technology Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving solutions within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees alike. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Technology Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you will be responsible for: * Applying your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems * Collaborating with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter * Staying informed about current developments within your area of expertise * Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems * Estimating effort and value for solutions * Applying business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures * Confirming data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work * Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress * Expressing thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration * Screening program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of visibility and escalation * Performing other work duties as directed by your Manager's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree * Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement * Strong knowledge of technical conditions * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies * Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners * Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals * Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate * Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks * Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; able to coach others to do the same * Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Workday Data Migrations * Experience with business analysis, process modeling, and improvement * Experience with technical conditions * Experience with software development methodologies * Experience with collaboration, communication, and discussion in working with various teams and external partners * Experience with analyzing medium to large business or technical issues * Experience with working effectively in a help/group-oriented climate * Experience with exploring, creating, and reporting requirements, processes, and technical details * Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple and varied work streams/tasks * Experience with taking on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related * Experience with educating and training others on technical and business subjects **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
