Job Details Job Title: Technology Analyst Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 8 hours Salary: $25/hour Location: Texas, USA (Remote) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Team Overview As a Technology Analyst at Blithequark, you will be part of our Innovation Office team, which is responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization. Our team works closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutions to address them. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact multiple areas of the organization, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Money. Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and gather business needs related to systems and processes. Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards. Manage project timelines, including planning, coding, testing, and execution, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between business and Innovation teams to facilitate effective communication. Participate in system testing and validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. Basic knowledge of technical environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of project management principles. Previous internship or work experience in a similar field. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Certifications in business analysis or a related field.
