**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and develop end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, recognizing and acting on opportunities to optimize
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud computing and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing large datasets using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
