About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team of product managers, engineers, and researchers. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements into technical guides and plans, coordinating changes across organizations and teams, and building innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will assist in setting up new programs with tracking, monitoring, and reporting, and drive insights and opportunities to improve features.

Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements into technical guides and plans
Coordinate changes across organizations and teams to build innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences
Assist in setting up new programs with tracking, monitoring, and reporting, and drive insights and opportunities to improve features
Work with senior management, business stakeholders, science, and engineering teams to develop and execute on our roadmap
Manage complex technology projects and programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and planning release plans
Lead or contribute to the design and architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of experience in technical program or product management
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and organizing release plans
Experience buying/driving roadmap strategy and definition
5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with cloud-based technologies and services
Knowledge of data entry and data management principles and practices
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
