The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the next evolution of our analytics experience at Netflix. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our data analytics platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering end-to-end experiences that simplify and accelerate data analysis, insights, and decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Netflix's business goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities. Lead the design and development of our data analytics platform, including data visualization, business intelligence tools, and remote analysis environments. Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools. Drive the adoption and usage of our data analytics platform across the company. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to inform product decisions and strategy. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with at least 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning. Proven track record of managing and growing a product portfolio, or leading product vision and strategy. Strong technical skills, with experience in one or more of the following areas: process engines (e.g., Apache Spark, Trino), ETL platforms, data visualization tools, or business intelligence software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, data warehousing, and big data technologies. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and machine learning.
