**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. This is an on-location, client-facing position with remote work approved. You'll be responsible for guaranteeing the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions to drive navigation and specific activity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a Technical Lead Manager, overseeing a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
* Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activity
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions
* Lead and manage a team of experts in digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing climate
* Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
* Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds including executives
* US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capacities
* Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new CTI colleagues
* Ability to correspond raw insight from sensors, incident response commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical crowds
* Ability to take complex, ambiguous themes, build methodology, and impact partners

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + value + benefits
* Our compensation is not set in stone by job, level, and area, and the range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum objective for recently added team member pay rates for the situation across all US areas
