Join our family and build a career you're proud of! **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Money business team at arenaflex. As a business-facing hiring role, you will serve as a critical talent consultant for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end hiring process for internal and external candidates. In this thrilling and high-impact position, you will be responsible for advising hiring managers and Individuals teams on hiring by recommending how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation, providing industry trends, compensation practices, and market movement insights, and sharing techniques and best practices connected with the Talent Acquisition process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Filling in as a critical counselor to hiring managers and Individuals teams about hiring by prescribing how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation, giving industry trends, compensation practices, and market movement insights, and sharing techniques and best practices connected with the Talent Acquisition process. * Dealing with the overall hiring process by interfacing with hiring managers to learn position requirements and preferences to create and suggest important hiring and various acquiring techniques. * Introducing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews; gathering feedback regarding the quality of candidates and last hiring decisions; working with the proposal cycle and deal talks; and conveying candidate selection to hiring managers, Individuals Partners, and other key stakeholders. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives. * Analyzing and interpreting data to inform hiring decisions and optimize the talent acquisition process. * Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, Individuals teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field and 4+ years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related field. * Proven track record of identifying and connecting with qualified talent on the market. * Strong understanding of using data to inform hiring decisions and optimize the talent acquisition process. * Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. * Experience in Corporate Money hiring and talent acquisition. * Proven ability to oversee hiring projects and successfully meet recruiting goals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field. * 5+ years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related field. * SHRM-CP or HRCI certification. * Experience with talent management systems and tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform hiring decisions. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends. * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, Individuals teams, and other stakeholders. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
