As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying system software and hardware solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that our systems are functional, performant, and reliable, and that our customers receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Systems Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying issues for resolution by engineers or application developers * Communicating with the management team to provide updates on project status and progress * Collecting data from tested solutions to compare against benchmarks and identify areas for improvement * Performing field verification of installed systems to ensure they meet our high standards of performance and reliability * Supervising contractors and developers for workstation/server/embedded software for control systems * Following up with project teams to manage schedules and deliverables * Providing field support during systems integration to ensure a smooth and successful deployment * Collaborating with project teams to develop project requirements and ensure that our systems meet the needs of our customers * Attending design review meetings with stakeholders to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on Operational Technology * Strong knowledge of system software and hardware solutions, including experience with robotics systems, C++, Python, ROS, MATLAB, Linux, and modern security practices * Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A flexible schedule, including weekends, with 80-90% travel * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with robotics systems, C++, Python, ROS, MATLAB, Linux, and modern security practices * Strong knowledge of system software and hardware solutions, including experience with workstation/server/embedded software for control systems * Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our OT Solutions Development team, you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that's dedicated to innovation and excellence.
