**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Professional Services Sourcing. As a key member of our sourcing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with business stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our professional services spend
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks
* Managing RFPs, negotiations, and contract administration for professional services agreements
* Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies
* Developing and executing performance control applications to ensure quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices
* Communicating and documenting key supplier relationships and performance metrics
* Participating in expert development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work with diverse stakeholders
* Internal client awareness and ability to work in various environments
* Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions
* Proven experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
* Experience working with companies that offer consulting and advisory services is a plus
* Professional services sourcing history is a plus
* Consulting/advisory history is a plus
