About the Role As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic sourcing strategy, developing and implementing cost-effective sourcing solutions, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and cost savings, while ensuring compliance with our sourcing and procurement policies. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing decisions Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria, ensuring best-in-class solutions Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes for professional services, adhering to Blithequark's policies and procedures Analyze bids to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimal value delivery Prepare and execute clear, value-based negotiation strategies utilizing Strategic Sourcing methodology Develop, execute, and administer contracts, as well as manage post-award activities Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement performance management programs with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and value Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations, policies, and best practices Communicate and document the status of key external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders, external providers, and/or pricing Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in services category sourcing Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels Strong strategic agility and analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to collaborate in a team environment and prioritize internal client needs Ability to adapt to various environments and handle ambiguity Knowledge of: Sourcing and procurement processes Basic legal terms and conditions Entertainment industry trends and conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience working with and/or for companies that provide consulting and advisory services Professional Services Sourcing background Consulting/Advisory experience Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and creativity.
