Your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes * High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow * Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly desirable.
