You'll work closely with product management, engineering, operations, and design to ensure that our proprietary technology powers the industry's largest pet virtual care enterprise. Your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing consumer testing for all feature and product launches, including recruitment, scheduling, device coordination, reporting, and post-launch follow-up * Discovering capacity improvement areas and ensuring successful completion of pre-release testing through effective communication and collaboration * Controlling internal software releases in coordination with operations, outlining ongoing release schedules, increasing assisting methods, and drafting and distributing launch notes * Manipulating overall computer virus system, including partnering with external groups to ensure bugs are well-prioritized and required work efforts are coordinated * Providing preliminary discovery and research of all new, non-urgent tickets submitted through the SNOW ticketing process, including pulling incident info, adding datacom tracking, reproducing, and capturing screen recordings * Coordinating weekly meetings to study and prioritize with product and engineering * Evaluating weekly provider incidents, determining, and communicating costs of provider outages, song cues, and discovering system upgrades to reduce provider-impacting incidents over time * Identifying additional assets of customer first-class problems (e.g., customer service, voice of the customer, app store reviews) and containing them into suitable approaches * Identifying process development opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to close performance gaps * Creating, analyzing, and personalizing internal reporting mechanisms and making recommendations to senior management * Coordinating with arenaflex stakeholders throughout the business enterprise (outside of our team and agency) to force timely decision-making on issues * Examining bug reporting process flows and perceiving upgrades to lessen the load on the vet group in reporting insects and determining if additional tactics are wished for customers to file insects **What You'll Need** * 3+ years of program or assignment management experience * Experience owning software strategy, quit to give up transport, and speaking effects to senior leadership * Enjoy working with e-commerce and mobile app merchandise * Technically talented with knowledge of a diffusion of cell working systems and PC hardware and software * Must hold close complex era without problems and be capable of studying new information quickly * Revel in enforcing repeatable tactics and using automation and/or standardization * Strong task and time control competencies, with the capacity to alter to constantly shifting schedules and time demands * Fantastic organizational competencies and may song and guide multiple tasks * Extraordinarily detail-oriented * Capability to shape robust relationships across disparate groups * Demonstrated song file of handling and executing initiatives from begin to finish, along with project control, facts gathering, hassle solving, and ongoing stakeholder verbal exchange * Enjoy partnering with engineering, product management, operations, and/or layout to supply excessive fine products or services that pleasure customers (internal and outside) * Amazing written and verbal verbal exchange talents, robust sense of ownership, urgency, and pressure, and a collaborative paintings fashion * Function calls for periodic journey (2-3x/year) * Bonus: Challenge control certification * Strong know-how of the overall puppy care industry and latest trends * Preceding revel in leading UAT or beta testing **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work with a leading online destination for pet parents and partners * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Periodic journey opportunities * Bonus: Challenge control certification * Strong know-how of the overall puppy care industry and latest trends * Preceding revel in leading UAT or beta testing **How to Apply** If you're a passionate and results-driven software supervisor with a knack for turning high-quality software into reality, we want to hear from you!
