Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to external content creation teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow. Create comprehensive reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption. Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Escalate complex or problematic issues to the tool development team, working with production to track these issues in JIRA and ensuring effective communication. Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Guide or lead cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, ensuring alignment and effective project management. Essential Qualifications Education and Experience Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience, providing a strong foundation in software development and technical support. Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, demonstrating ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Skills and Abilities Ability to read and understand C# code, with a strong foundation in programming languages and software development. Good written and verbal communication, including working with external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder management. Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and task management. Self-motivating and able to work independently, with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Additional Experience and Skills Unity 3D game and tool development experience, providing expertise in game development and tool creation. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect-tracking software, demonstrating ability to work with project management tools. iOS and Android mobile development experience, providing expertise in mobile app development. 5 years of experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment, demonstrating expertise in software development and deployment.
