As a Staff Software Engineer on our CSP team, you'll work in a collaborative environment with talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products. You'll play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions. **A Typical Day**
A typical day for you will involve working cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy to build high-quality products and features. You'll drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll review code and design docs, give feedback on product specs and mocks, and nurture a culture of technical quality from design through code review to production operations.
**Your Expertise**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following expertise:
* 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment
* Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures
* Experience with LLM-driven chatbot and Agentic AI products would be a big plus
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations
* Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality
* Love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, and motivated to improve teammates' productivity
* Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
**Your Location**
This position is US-Remote Eligible, and you must live in a state where careerzynith has a registered entity. While the position is Remote Eligible, you may be required to attend occasional work at an careerzynith office or offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
