Position Overview We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist with a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll assist with entry-level application administration, support the migration of organizations and user accounts, and work closely with our development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and application administration tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. Collaborate with our development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup, providing valuable insights and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Top Skills: Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm) is essential for this role. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary, with experience in other software applications being beneficial. Customer Service: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial, but not required. Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
