As a Sr. Gear Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our crew across all disciplines, leveraging your expertise to multiply our efforts, enhance crew performance, and help us create high-quality games that exceed our players' expectations. You will work closely with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process, and collaborate with the crew to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer. In this exciting role, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving blithequark's proprietary set of engine-specific and custom gear that we use every day.
