**Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at blithequark**

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our crew across all disciplines, multiplying our efforts, enhancing crew performance, and helping us create high-quality games. You will work closely with our Artwork, Layout, and Engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process. You will collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving blithequark's present set of engine-specific and custom gear that we use every day. You will be responsible for proactively identifying inefficiencies and elaborating areas in our development process across all disciplines.
