As a part of our Labor Systems team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that optimize labor and personnel control systems across our global operations. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with our Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions to design, develop, and implement comprehensive system strategies, optimizations, and support for all labor and personnel control systems across our home sites. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Follow established software development methodologies and testing procedures to deliver high-quality solutions * Provide prompt and accurate results for clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution * Maintain a strong understanding of IT technology and developments, including attending seminars, education events, and staying up-to-date with relevant journals and technical documentation * Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use * Participate in "best practice" projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation * Provide high-level estimates based on initial requirements * Break down complex problems into smaller, testable tasks * Understand, recommend, and implement strong reporting and analytic architectures * Build balanced and extensible solutions that require minimal resources to maintain * Develop excellent, user-friendly solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders * Collect, process, and analyze large data sets * Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment * Participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language * 1+ years of experience working with data technology, such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar * Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions * Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and complete task obligations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively * Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous individual with a strong initiative to achieve results **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) * Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated Development Environment) * Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience **Additional Information** arenaflex offers a comprehensive rewards package to support your well-being and career growth.
