Job Summary We are offering a full-time and part-time remote Customer Service position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Service representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment with a reliable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or other customer-facing environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
