Job Summary As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients and their families. You will be the first point of contact for callers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians who will provide support and guidance. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, using your excellent communication and customer service skills to make a positive impact on people's lives.
