Job Summary As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support. You will receive calls from patients, gather information, and relay it to clinicians, ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
